WebcamXP - a powerful program to work with web-camera (supports up to 10 cameras)* allowing you to get access to your camera (or rather* to the video stream) to any user without having to install special server software. Fairly simple to configure: a Webcam XP Pro has all the necessary utilities* and therefore need to set a few parameters* namely* to specify the server port and the path to a local directory.
