Today I'm going to discuss how to do readingNow try this techniques on the following passage
Reading compreshension is one of the difficulties a reader may face. To overcome such a dilema one must learn techniques of reading
when you see the reading passage during the exam the first thing you should do is read the questions (but not the answer choices) then read the passage* while reading remember the questions in your mind . Give yourself suitable time to observe the passage but do not over do it and loose time. When you start answering the questions always refere to the passage and start with obvious ones first moving to the difficult ones. Dont spend too much time on answers or passage because you must remember that are other passages as well.
Section 2. Reading Time 15 minutes
Today's cars are smaller* safer* cleaner* and more economical than their predecessors* but the car of the future will be far more pollution-free than those on the road today. Several new types of automobiles engines have already been developed that run on alternative sources of power such as electricity*
5 compressed natural gas* methanol* steam* hydrogen and propane. Electricity* however* is the only zero –emission option presently available.
Although electric vehicles will not be truly practically until a powerful* compact battery or other dependable source of current is available* transportation experts foresee a new assortment of electric vehicles entering everyday life: shorter-range

As automakers work to develop practical electrical vehicle* urban planners and utility engineers are focusing on infrastructure systems to support and make

Public parking sports on the street or in commercial lots will need to be equipped with devices that allow drivers to charge their batteries while they shop* dine* or attend a concert. Planners foresee electric shuttle buses* trains* buses and neighborhood vehicles all meeting at transit centers that would have facilities for charging and renting.

To answer a factual question you must scan the passage to locate and identify certain information .Find out the key words such as dates names or other nouns some thing that is easy to locate
When you find the key words then stop and read the sentence where it occure carefully then compare your answer to the choices given. However* correct answeres for factual questions seldom use exactly the same words the passage uses
