لها استخدامان:

1- to + verb to inform the infinitive
( to + فعل لتكوين المصدر)

I want to go home now.
أريد الذهاب إلى المنزل الآن.

She's learning English in order to get a better job.
إنها تتعلم الانجليزية للحصول على وظيفة جيدة.

2- as a preposition
(تستخدم كحرف جر)

He has gone to school.
لقد ذهب إلى المدرسة.

To me* it was the wrong decision.
بالنسبة لي انه قرار خاطيء.

You must be kind to animals.
يجب أن تكون لطيف مع الحيوانات.

Too

لها معنيان:

1- too = also
تأتي بمعنى " أيضا" وغالبا ماتأتي في نهاية الجملة.

John thinks you're right & I do too.
جون يعتقد أنك على حق وكذلك أنا.

Black is my favourite colour but I like blue*too.
الأسود هو لوني المفضل ولكنني أحب الأزرق أيضا.


2- too = very

تأتي بمعنى "جدا" وللتعبير عن الافراط.

The weather is not too bad today.
الطقس ليس سيئا للغاية اليوم.

This car is too expensive.
هذه السيارة مُكلفة للغاية.

ولها معنى واحد فقط:

two = number

تستخدم كعدد فقط..

I ate two apples.
لقد أكلت تفاحتين..
